About the Presenter:
Greg McMahon is the principal of ‘Adair leadership Australia’.
Greg specialises in reviews of leadership and management within organisations, including reviews of the interdependent areas of leadership, performance, systems, failing units and failed projects, learning, training and integrity. Greg has enjoyed several roles, turning around troubled or failing organisations, units and programs. He is well published nationally and internationally on the topics of Leadership, Change Management, Bullying and Whistleblowing, and on Project Leadership.
Greg was the principal presenter on the University of Queensland’s multi-streamed Functional Leadership Program conducted for CEOs and Chairpersons, Senior and Middle Managers, Frontline Managers, Project Managers and Project Directors, HR and T&D Managers and final year undergraduates that ran from 1993 to 2013.
