Following on from the success of last year’s hugely successful L&D round-table sessions, we’re really excited to announce that we will be holding the network’s facilitated ‘round-table’ discussion of 2018 that will focus on the most common capability development issues our members are facing in the year ahead and, more importantly, how they’re planning to resolve them.
One of the main benefits of any network is, of course, shared learning and experiences. We’re therefore really pleased to announce that this round-table discussion will be facilitated by Fiona Darroch, a highly-experienced Senior Learning & Development professional who is currently completing a Professional Research Doctorate in Creative Design Industries researching Innovative and Intuitive Leadership Development Programs.
As with any such session, the conversation is intended to be fluid and flexible and all attendees will (time allowing) have the opportunity to table their own questions/discussion points…and, of course, get answers to those questions. However, we have already had some requests for discussion topics, which include:
- The current focus on ‘diversity’ and how that’s impacting on L&D
- Blended learning strategies success (and failure) stories
- Industry trends for 2018
If you have a topic that you would like to discuss with a group of L&D industry peers, we’d love to hear from you. Simply email us at AustralianLDN@yahoo.com.au.
Likewise, if you wish to secure a place for yourself and/or any of your L&D/OD colleagues or friends, email us at the same address.
